Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ScholarshipHub (the “Service”) at scholarshiphub.asia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

ScholarshipHub is operated by an individual sole operator based in Vietnam (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at support@scholarshiphub.asia for any question about these Terms.

2. The Service

ScholarshipHub helps you discover scholarships, organise deadlines and documents, build and tailor CVs, and get AI-assisted guidance on your applications. Scholarship information is aggregated from public sources and processed with automated and AI tools.

We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any scholarship provider, university, or funding body. We do not guarantee that any listing, deadline, amount, or eligibility detail is accurate, current, or complete. Always verify details with the official provider before you rely on them or submit an application.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• One account is for one person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@scholarshiphub.asia if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute data from the Service;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Plans, billing & payments

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Scribe and Scholar). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment partners — SePay (VietQR bank transfer, VND) and Lemon Squeezy (card, USD; Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for card payments). We do not receive or store your full card number. Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, and changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Payments are non-refundable — when you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. To cancel or to request account deletion, email support@scholarshiphub.asia. How we handle your data on deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated content

Some features use AI to extract information and generate suggestions (for example, CV and essay guidance). AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. It is guidance only, not professional, legal, or admissions advice. You are responsible for reviewing everything and for the content you submit in your applications.

8. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content you add (programs, CVs, uploaded documents, essays). You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you — including sending it to the processors described in the Privacy Policy. The Service itself, and our own content and branding, remain our property.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on scholarship information or AI output.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Vietnam.
